Bharat Electronics Limited, India’s premier Navaratna Defence Electronics Company requires 
Electronics & Mechanical Engineers on contract basis for a period of ONE YEAR, for its Naval 
Systems SBU at Bangalore Unit. 

 Requirements: 

  • Qualification: First class for General and OBC Candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST candidates in BE / B.Tech (Electronics / Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Communication and Mechanical.) from a recognized University/ institution. 
  • Age: 25 Yrs and less as on 01.08.2014. 
  • Reservation & Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC candidates will be as per Govt rules. 
  • Remuneration: An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs. 12,000/- per month. 
  • Period of contract: One year from the date of joining, however the same may be extended depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate. 
  • Job: The requirement is in the areas of D&E /Testing / production/ Purchase / Production Control/ QA/Sales, Material Control and Subcontract. 
  • Experience: Minimum of Six months experience in the similar area preferably in Engineering Industry.
  • Method of Selection: Selection will be through written test (objective type questions in above disciplines) followed by an interview. Eligible candidates, who satisfy the above conditions, will be called for written test/ interview. Candidates are required to produce all original certificates, a copy of each of them and a recent passport size colour photograph, on the day of the written test / interview. 
  • Candidates who have not completed BE / B Tech. need not apply. Those who are unable to produce their Degree marks cards and certificates in original on the day of the written test / interview for whatever reason will not be considered. 
  • Local candidates will be preferred. Only Indian Nationals need to apply. 
  • Candidates short listed for the test will be informed through e-mail/SMS regarding the date of written test & interview .Any correspondence with the candidates will be through e-mail only. BEL is not responsible for any problem related to e-mail correspondence. 
  • If there are more eligible applicants, the number of candidates to be called will be restricted in proportion to the requirement based on academic excellence, experience, age etc. BEL reserves the right to debar/ disqualify any candidate at any stage of the Selection Proceedings, for reason whatsoever. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.

There are two steps of submitting the application at the portal: 

Step-1: 
Registration: This involves filling the preliminary application and submitting it. The successful submission at the portal will provide you the user id and a link, to login and fill the detailed application form. Important: Make a note of the user-id that the system will provide you as a display on the screen after successful completion of the step-1. (Userid and link will be sent to mail id furnished by you during the registration). 

Step-2:

Engagement of Guest Teachers in Schools of Directorate of Education for the academic year 2014-15.

Applications are invited online from amongst the qualified youth for engagement of Guest Teachers for the post(s) of Assistant Teacher (Primary/Nursery), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT/Lecturer) in Delhi Government Schools for the year 2014-15. Engagement of Guest Teachers is subject to 
following Terms &Conditions : -
1. Guest Teachers shall be engaged purely on adhoc and daily basis till the posts are filled up on regular basis. Guest Teachers shall not be entitled to regular appointment. This is purely a stop gap arrangement. The candidates so engaged shall not claim salary, allowances, facilities and other benefits accruing to the regular teachers The candidates so engaged as Guest Teachers shall not file any court case regarding salary and reqularizaticn etc.

2. Engagement of Guest Teachers is done Distrktwise. Subject-wise vacancies in each District are at Annexure. However, the number of vacancies is tentative and is subject to change. Department reserves the right to alter the number of vacancies at any time, Directorate of Education will maintain a wait list I panel of
candidates to meet any requirement in the Current Academic Year, 3. Reservations and age relaxations to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and Disabled persons will be given as per Govt. orders. The certificate of OBC should be issued by authority of Govt of NCT Delhi. For SC/ST candidates certificate issued by any state/u'r will be considered. The candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped category (Ortho + VH only) must posses "Disability Certificate' issued from a Government Hospital.

3. Willing candidates may register themselves with anyone District of choice online on our website www.edudel.nic in from 30.07.2014 (11.00 AM) to 07.08.2014 (UPTO 6 PM). Submission of applications other than online shall not be entertained and any deviation in this regard shall lead to summary rejection. Applicants are strictly instructed not to send any hard copy of the application to this department.-2-

4. Post based district-wise order of merit list will be prepared on the basis of academic merit separately for each category of applicants namely SCfSTjOBC/Disabled persons and others.

5. Allocation of school to the selected candidate will be merit based and preferably through a computerized programme without any human intervention. Request for change of school shall not be entertained at all at
any time during the engagement. If the person does not join within given time, the offer of appointment will be cancelled. 

6. The Guest Teachers will be dis-engaged from the school as soon as a regular teacher joins the school and the Guest Teachers working in that particular school will be disengaged irrespective of his/ her standing in the order of merit list initially drawn district-wise for the purpose of engagement.

7. Guest Teachers engaged onHne during 2013-14 will be given preference mark in the engagement of Guest Teachersduring 2014-15.

8. Candidates applying for TGTs and Assistant Teachers (Primary) post are informed that following order of priority will be followed in the engagement process.

9.1 All candidate passed Central Teaching Eligibility Test (CTET) will be considered in the first stage (list I)
9.2 If vacancies remain un-filled then candidate qualified in Teaching Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by other states will be considered (List II).
9.3 If vacancies still remain unfilled candidates without CTETfTET will be considered (List III). However, this condition does not apply for Librarian/Home Science, Music, Drawing, Physical Education Teacher, Computer Science Teacher and Assistant Teacher (Nursery) post.

10. The order of merit list will be displayed on website on 12.08.2014 (6 p.rn) and the schedule for verification of documents relating to age, qualifications, caste certificate etc. at the respective district offices will be notified in due course of time on the web portal ofthis directorate.

11. The engagement of Guest Teachers for the current academic session i.e. 2014-15 will be up to 08/05/2015 or the commencement of the summer vacation whichever is earlier.
